About Eileen
For thirty years, Eileen led marketing, strategy, brand, digital and transformation inside growing companies, most recently as a technology CMO. She made the growth bets, redesigned how the work gets done and carried the pressure that comes with change.
She coaches executives and rising leaders stepping into broader scope, leading through transition, or carrying decisions they can't work through in public. The work is private, direct and built around honest context: what has become heavier, what is changing, and which decision keeps returning.
Eileen is a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. The name Melopa comes from her three children, a reminder that the work is built on legacy, values and long-term thinking.
