About SpikeForge
SpikeForge is software for running a coaching practice, whether that is one independent coach or a team of coaches working under one practice name. It replaces the separate website, booking links, spreadsheets, and email threads a practice would otherwise juggle with one system that the practice, its coaches, and its clients all use.
What it does
- A website for each practice
- Every practice gets its own branded site with its logo and images, a coach directory, and its programs, packages, and sessions. Prospects browse and book a discovery call; signed-in clients browse the catalog and enroll.
- Discovery calls that lead somewhere
- Prospects book discovery calls from the practice site and get confirmation and reminder emails. The practice records each outcome: convert to client, follow up later, not a fit, or no-show.
- Clients from first call onward
- Onboarding, coach assignment, sessions, notes, and goals sit in one record. Patterns such as repeated cancellations or no upcoming session are flagged so nobody drifts away unnoticed.
- A coaching team, not just a calendar
- Practice leads invite coaches by email, review their profiles before they go live, and see each coach’s availability, client load, and capacity.
- Payments and invoices
- Clients pay through Stripe, with payment plans and invoices available to the practice.
Built to keep practices separate
Every practice on SpikeForge shares one platform, so keeping each one's data apart is part of the design:
- Each practice's data is kept separate by row-level security in the Postgres database.
- Practice leads, coaches, and clients each sign in with their own role and see only what that role allows.
- Full card numbers are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
